We began in a traditional fish and chip shop, where we worked hard to build a name for ourselves as the best in the business. But being the best wasn’t enough—we’ve always aimed to stay ahead of the game. Drawing on years of experience, we decided to bring a fresh, modern touch to a beloved Scottish classic, and that’s how Enzo’s was born.
